Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 60 days of purchase. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your authorized return.
Items must be purchased from an Auric Blends official website or Facebook Store. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at any 3rd party retailer (ie; other online websites or retail businesses)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can reference your order number, which would have been emailed to you.
Exclusions
Returns & Exchanges are for items purchased only.
Promotional or gift items sent at no charge do not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Shipping costs are ineligible for refund (this is already paid to the carrier).
Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 5 business of receiving your package.
In order to process a replacement we will need the following information:Â
Method of purchase (phone or website)
Order number. This can be found in your confirmation email or packing list included with your shipment.
A brief description of damage or defect.
Required for items valued over $50.00:
Pictures of the damaged product inside of the box, and any additional photos you think would help us in figuring out how we could have shipped it better.
Please send photos, along with relevant order and contact information to
info@auricblends.com so we can ship out your replacement ASAP!
Processing your return/exchange:
- Pack your items in the original box or other suitable box with protective packing materials
- If you have your original packing list or invoice, please include it. A including your name, contact information, and order number will also be accepted. Please be sure to indicate whether you’re returning or exchanging your purchased item.
- Ship your package back to us. To ensure we receive your package, please use a tracking enabled service, such as USPS Priority Mail.
- Ship your box back to us using a tracking enabled service such as USPS Priority Mail, this helps ensure we get your package.
